On 2th August, Chimney slip form of Vietnam north nitrogenous fertilizer renovation and extension project has been capped.
This chimney is a important part of steam power plant of north nitrogenous fertilizer renovation and extension project; its structure is cast-in-place rebar concrete; the height of the chimney is 120m. It is a cone continuous variable cross-section structure; the bottom external radius is 9m, top external radius is 2.44m.The foundation is whole board cast-in-place rebar concrete and it is embedded underground -6m. there are two steel structure signal bridge at 43m and 113.75m. the shock strength of this area is 7 level.
The chimney is the highest building in Vietnam north nitrogenous fertilizer project; the construction difficulty and security risk are very large. On 17th Sep. 2012, this project was been started officially. Due to the leaders paying high attention to this project and consulting with owner and inspectors many times, at the premise of ensure engineering security and quality, the construction of chimney slip form had been finished.
