On August 3rd, the Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria, Cui Jianchun, and his delegation visited and inspected the Nigeria Dangote Refinery Project.

Cui Jianchun spoke highly of the achievements of the project team and said that the Dangote Refinery Project is not only a witness to the friendship between China and Nigeria, but also a key project of the " Belt and Road" jointly built by China and Nigeria. He looked forward to the concerted efforts of both sides to bring the project into operation as soon as possible, so it can remove the development bottleneck caused by Nigeria's oil shortage and meet Nigeria's economic development and social needs.

Li Guobiao, the project manager, said that CC7 is confident in building the Dangote Refinery Project into a model of high-quality project for China-Africa cooperation in "Belt and Road", laying a solid foundation for China-Nigeria bilateral trade cooperation.
