On November 19th, with the hoisting of the last concrete module in place, 107 reinforced concrete structure, the highest structure of Russia HIDW Project was successfully capped. It marks that heavy lifting work was started officially. The elevation of 107 structure is 33.31m, it is the supporting facilities of T5 / T6 fractionator, the key equipment of Lubricating Oil Unit. During the construction, the project team took various measures simultaneously, duly coordinated human and material resources, continuously optimized the construction work flow, overcame the adverse effects of the epidemic and low temperature in winter, and completed the overall construction of the structure within two months, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent work.
