It was necessary to make unremitting efforts, and the responsibilities at all levels should be compacted; the rewards and punishments should be strictly in accordance with the standards and the regulations should be clearly defined, and the targets should be held accountable. Leading cadres at all levels of CC-7 should always have the awarenesses of walking on thin ice and the dread of incompetence. The other was that we must adhere to the political direction of “arming mind with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and guiding our actions to unswervingly make CC-7 stronger, better and larger”. We must adhere to the development direction of “simultaneous development of the domestic and foreign markets, and taking the investment and financing to promote the general contracting projects”, strengthening determined and shoring up our weak spots without swing. And we must stabilize the determination of development, and do two “favorable” well, that is, everything that is conducive to accelerating the development of CC-7 and promoting the happiness of CC-7’s employees, we should resolutely do it and do it well. Su Fuqiang stressed that in order to refine the task decomposition, it was necessary to make clear the division of work, so that everyone can really carry a heavy burden with indicators on their shoulders, and each level should do the work with one level and do it to the next level. It was necessary to correct and punish in time, carry out the year-end summary, and execute both economic and administrative penalties. Signing the project contract was the key point of all business activities. CC-7’s business team must have innovation in marketing. The domestic market was the foundation of CC-7’s survival, and it’s share must be rapidly increased and new breakthroughs must be made. According to CNCEC’s reform of the Group’s business organization and mode, from now on, CC-7’s leaders of business team must have enough marketing tasks.
